Going to the Chiropractor is often a new experience for many people and we realize that you may be a little nervous and unsure what to expect. In general, your first visit with us will include time spent getting to know you, reviewing your health history, and achieving a better understanding of your problem.

Maybe we were recommended by your doctor, a friend, or co-worker. Perhaps you are just tired of the pain and the pills and just want to get your body back in working condition. No matter the reason...we are excited to be the newest member of your healthcare team! Please know that we will take the time to listen to you and to help in any way we can. Most of all, we will know you by name.

You will begin your first visit by completing standard health history forms. These forms are available online and can be completd in advance of your visit. Be sure to complete these forms accurately for some health conditions can mask, mimic, or complicate other conditions. At your appointment, you will discuss your condition and concerns face to face with the doctor. Doctor O'Brien will then perform the physical examination and review any prior tests and studies you may have had. Once this is complete, you will be provided with a full explanation of the examination findings as it relates to your condition along with appropriate treatment options or if necessary, referral to another specialist. You will have ample opportunity to ask questions in this regard. The information we provide to you will help you make informed healthcare decisions.
